See All ReviewsLove the place, definitely recommend if you like good food. I’m giving three stars mainly because I felt very rushed. I went to enjoy my meal & I was asked 3 times if I was ready to leave yet/needed a take out container as I was putting food in my mouth. I heard them from my table talking to themselves “we should ask them again”. It made me feel a tad unwanted as I & my partner were the only people dining at the time. Another reason for three stars is because on the TV inside they played an Ai video which I found incredibly offensive as I am an artist, & ai not only takes jobs away from artists, it is also extremely harmful to the environment.
I would highly recommend this place. The owner/operator was friendly, transparent, and just down to earth. The food was hot, and fresh. Its hard to find good Chinese food where the rice doesnt taste like it was prepared with toilet water. The only reason the food isn't a 5 star is a preference thing. I like a lot of flavor and spice. I do understand the struggle of not being able to please everyone because some have a soft palette and cant handle spices. Other than missing a little kick that I like the food was great. I will also say they had some of the best egg rolls. I could tell the oil was fresh because they didn't leave that oily after taste. Crisp, hot, and tasty.
The food was excellent! I had the sesame chicken, not overly sauced, lightly fried to crisp and fresh, tender chicken and the rice was not over cooked either. My husband has the general tsao and it was also made well. Definitely recommend!
